If you’re using Windows there are many options that work well (I happily used Xpadder in the earlier Windows-only beta sessions), but on Mac there are fewer options. ZOS has stated that this is not going to happen in the desktop version of the game, and they recommend using a 3rd party Controller Keyboard/Mouse bridge.
